TERMS AND REGULATIONS FOR JIWACAMP CAMPSITE

Please read and understand the rules below before checking in:

  • Visitors agree to comply with all campsite rules and regulations.

  • Visitors are responsible for the behavior of all members of their group.

Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. If you have young children, please consider calming them inside your car first if they cry uncontrollably at night.

Noise & Music

  • KARAOKE & LOUD SPEAKERS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! However, playing the guitar and singing at the campsite is allowed. Please be considerate of your neighbors.

  • USING A MEGAPHONE OR SPEAKER FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS IS NOT ALLOWED unless you have booked the entire campsite. Respect other campers who seek tranquility and are not part of your group’s program.

Prohibited Activities

  • METAL DETECTING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED within JiwaCamp and Sungai Pandan Waterfall areas. Violators may be removed from the campsite or handed over to the police.

Electricity Usage

  • Electricity is provided by a petrol generator from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM and is only for charging mobile devices or laptops.

  • The use of electric rice cookers, electric stoves/grills, irons, or any electrical appliances exceeding 150 watts is prohibited. Violators will be fined RM500.

Campfire & Fire Safety

  • Open fires are not allowed, except in designated areas or using a fire pit.

Entry & Exit Restrictions

  • NO ENTRY OR EXIT ALLOWED BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 9:00 AM as the gate will be locked.

Cleanliness & Respect for Others

  • Visitors must keep their campsite clean and free from litter.

  • Respect the campsite boundaries. Do not cross into your neighbor’s site, even if it’s just a single rope marking the boundary.

  • Dispose of all trash in designated areas.

Sanitation Rules

  • URINATING ON THE SANDY FLOOR INSIDE THE CHANGING TENT IS PROHIBITED unless you are using a potty. Please act in a civilized and considerate manner.

Environmental Protection

  • Visitors must not damage or remove any trees, plants, or wildlife.

  • Weapons and firearms are strictly prohibited in the campsite.

  • No pets are allowed in the campsite.

CANCELLATION / DATE POSTPONEMENT POLICY

  • If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from camping, you may contact the Camp Organizer (CO) to reschedule your trip.

  • Rescheduling is allowed only once within the same year.

  • No refunds are available; only date changes are permitted.

  • The CO reserves the right to cancel bookings due to safety or comfort reasons. In such cases, you will be asked to reschedule your camping trip to a later date.
